Intellectual Property Protection at ZeeProxy

ZeeProxy respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a mechanism for notifying us of alleged copyright infringements occurring on our network.

1. Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed via ZeeProxy, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed on ZeeProxy by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This counter-notice must include your name, address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

ZeeProxy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
